[[2012&beyond]]
You're just sitting there, it's as normal a day as any, until you hear a noise. You didn't know it at the time but the world just ended, like, literally. You're one of the few survivors trying to make your way in the rubble, fastforward 20 years to 2032, people make a city in the sky that floats up there. However, there are still people on earth, trying to survive, you begin as a city kid [[or not, your choice]] and eventually head down onto your normal earth again and try to get along with people who have despised you from the day you were born on.

Now onto the important part,
..::~*~THERULES;
1. NO TYPING IN ALL CAPTIALS LIKE THIS <- makes it look like you're yelling, not cool ;]
2. Your characters MAY NOT use smilies when talking, example:
"Hey ;]" she said "Cute shirt"
3. No power playing [PP is when you control others charries or stage things so your charrie is best]
4. If someone is PPing, tell them nicely
5. No cursing
6. Language is PG13 actions are PG [if i'm mistaken look at CC rulez ;D]]
7. Follow all CC rules while RPing
8. Try to keep your grammatical errors to a minimum
9. Use [[]] {{}} (()) or OCC: when talking out of character
10. RP in third person , when doing a "meanwhile..." effect go ~~, ~*~, &*&, or just plain "meanwhile"
ex:
Robert took her hand
~*~
Emily said hi
or
Robert Took Her Hand
&*&
Emily Said Hi
etcetc
MOST IMPORTANT:
HAVE FUN!

Until we have at least 5 charries, if you make 2 make 1 city and 1 surface please [:
Now there are some rules for the surfacers when city people go to see them.
~1~Surface people are not ''equals'' to city kids, they're considered lowly, because city people are rich and surfacers are poor
~2~ Surface people can't yell at city people
~3~ Surface people are awesome so you should make one ;D
